We have identified an elevated number of 5XX errors affecting a single Edge Node located within our Point of Presence (POP) in Porto Alegre (POA). This issue occurred between 20:00 UTC and 20:15 UTC.
Please note that this issue was isolated to the specific Edge Node, and other services within our infrastructure were not impacted during this time.
Our technical team is actively investigating the root cause of the problem, and we are implementing corrective measures to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
