On March 16, 2023, at 22:20 (UTC time), our team conducted an emergency maintenance operation at the Ashburn-US edge location. During this process, we discovered an issue where end-users experienced intermittent TLS/SSL handshakes due to the misconfiguration of some TLS/SSL certificates. This behavior caused some requests served by this particular edge location to return errors during this period, a maximum of 8% of the total requests of this edge location.
