We identified a partial disruption in our DNS services that affected domain resolution for a subset of customers. The issue primarily impacted DNS queries originating in Brazil.

The incident occurred today between 12:50 and 13:25 (BRT). During this window, some users may have experienced intermittent resolution failures or increased latency when resolving domains.

The issue has been mitigated, and service stability has been restored. We continue to monitor the environment to ensure consistent performance.
