We identified a partial disruption in our DNS services that impacted domain resolution for our customers. The issue primarily affected DNS queries originating from the Rio de Janeiro region.
The impact window occurred between 19:50 and 21:20 (BRT), during which a portion of DNS requests experienced intermittent failures or increased response times.
Our Engineering team promptly investigated and mitigated the issue, and services were fully restored within the timeframe mentioned above.
